Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, all consultations and estimates are 100% free. We’ll visit your property, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed quote — no pressure, no surprises.
Do you handle permits and code compliance?
Yes. We handle all the necessary permits and make sure every project is built to local building codes — so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork or compliance headaches.
What roofing materials do you install?
We install high-quality asphalt shingle systems, including products from trusted manufacturers like GAF® and Owens Corning®, along with proper underlayments, ventilation, and flashing systems.
Will my roof come with a warranty?
Yes. As a certified GAF and Owens Corning shingle installer we do offer extended material and labor warranites.
What types of decks do you build?
We specialize in custom composite decks, backyard decks, pool decks, and front porches. We also build pergolas, overhead structures, and add premium deck accessories like inlays, lighting, skirting, and privacy screens.
What’s the difference between composite decking and wood?
Composite decking is made from a blend of recycled materials and requires little to no maintenance. It resists fading, warping, and splintering — making it ideal for homeowners who want a long-lasting, low-maintenance option. Wood offers a classic look but needs regular sealing and upkeep to stay in good shape.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We don’t currently offer in-house financing, but we’re happy to work with homeowners to recommend trusted third-party options and help structure your project to fit your budget.
